Hey guys, so you won't believe what happened! I recently attended the Fazbear Fright auction, and let me tell you, it was an experience. For those of you who don't know, Fazbear Fright was this horror attraction based on the spooky legends surrounding Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. After it burned down (again!), they decided to auction off all the remaining props and memorabilia. Being a huge fan of horror and all things animatronic, I knew I had to be there. And guess what? I actually bought something!

The Thrill of the Auction

The atmosphere at the auction was electric. There were tons of people, from hardcore collectors to casual fans, all eager to snag a piece of Fazbear history. You could feel the excitement (and maybe a little bit of morbid curiosity) hanging in the air. They had everything there – old arcade cabinets, creepy posters, decaying decorations, and, of course, the animatronics. The animatronics were definitely the main attraction. They were all in pretty rough shape, showing the wear and tear of countless scares and, well, a fire. But that only added to their charm, in a twisted sort of way. I saw Twisted Bonnie there, withered Chica and even the head of the Mangle animatronic. There was also a rather creepy looking Springtrap animatronic. The auctioneer was a real character, cracking jokes and hyping up each item. It was all very theatrical and entertaining, even if a bit unsettling. The bidding wars were intense, especially for the more recognizable animatronics. People were throwing money left and right, determined to take home their favorite piece of horror memorabilia. I had my eye on one particular animatronic, and I was prepared to fight for it. I came there looking for the creepiest thing I could get my hands on, and there were a couple that looked really promising. I have always wanted to collect something like this. It is all very exciting to me, and something that I think will hold its value over time.

My Animatronic Discovery

So, what did I buy? Well, it's an older model animatronic, one that I don't immediately recognize from the main cast of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. It appears to be a prototype of some kind, maybe an early design that never made it into full production. The animatronic is vaguely humanoid, but its features are distorted and unsettling. It has long, spindly limbs, a grotesque face with piercing red eyes, and a disturbing, fixed grin. The material is worn and discolored, with tears and patches in various places. It’s definitely seen better days, but that's what makes it so interesting. The most intriguing thing about this animatronic is its internal mechanics. I took a peek inside (after carefully disconnecting the power, of course!), and the wiring and gears look incredibly complex and archaic. It's like something out of a steampunk nightmare. I can't even begin to imagine how this thing was programmed or how it moved. There is a lot of information that I can't find, and that makes me really curious about what it can do. I can't find anything online either. I have looked through several archives and I can't see anything that resembles it. The mystery is part of the appeal! It makes me wonder why it has been lost to time, and what Fazbear Entertainment had planned for it before scrapping it. It is so creepy that I am pretty sure that it would have sent children running.

Bringing It Home: The Restoration Project Begins

Getting the animatronic home was an adventure in itself. It barely fit in my truck, and I got some really strange looks from my neighbors as I wrestled it out. Now comes the real challenge: restoring it. The animatronic is in pretty rough shape, and I'm not even sure if it's functional. But I'm determined to bring it back to its former (or perhaps more terrifying) glory. My plan is to start by carefully cleaning and repairing the exterior. I'll need to patch up the tears, repaint the discolored areas, and maybe even give it a new set of eyes. Then, I'll move on to the internal mechanics. This is where things get tricky. I'll need to figure out how the animatronic is supposed to work, identify any broken or missing parts, and then try to repair or replace them. I might even need to consult with some experts in animatronics or robotics. I am wondering if there is an animatronics specialist nearby that could help me with this project. It is going to be a big one, and I am really excited to see the final product. I'll document the whole process, taking photos and videos along the way. I'm hoping to share my progress with the online community and get some feedback and advice from other enthusiasts. I have ordered a few tools to start the cleaning. Hopefully this will come out okay in the end. I am a bit nervous about getting electrocuted, but with the right precautions, that shouldn't happen.

The Mystery and the Potential

There's something inherently fascinating about these old animatronics. They represent a bygone era of entertainment, a time when physical props and mechanical marvels were used to create immersive experiences. They also carry a certain mystique, a sense of history and intrigue. Who created them? What were they used for? What secrets do they hold? This particular animatronic is especially intriguing because of its unknown origins. It's like a puzzle waiting to be solved, a mystery waiting to be unraveled. I'm excited to dive deeper into its history, to learn more about its creators and its purpose. I'm also excited to see what it's capable of. Could it be programmed to perform certain actions? Could it be used to create new and terrifying experiences? The possibilities are endless. Of course, there's also the possibility that it's just a broken old machine, destined to gather dust in my workshop. But even if that's the case, I'll still cherish it as a unique piece of horror history. I think it is so cool to have something that has been lost for so long, and that I am the one that gets to breathe new life into it. I will definitely be careful when I start messing around with it. I don't want to break it more than it already is. I feel as though I got a pretty good deal on it, and am very excited to see what happens when I can bring it back to its original form.

Stay Tuned for Updates!

So, that's the story of my Fazbear Fright auction find! I'm really excited about this project, and I can't wait to share my progress with you guys. Stay tuned for updates, photos, and videos as I restore this creepy animatronic to its former glory. Who knows what secrets we'll uncover along the way? Wish me luck!

I will also be documenting a lot of the information that I find. If I happen to locate some similar animatronics, I will be sure to let everyone know. I am interested in seeing if there were any other test robots like this that never got used. I am sure there are plenty out there. I think it is so neat that I get to be the one to discover it, and that this is something I am going to be able to show off. I think it is going to be the perfect piece for my living room. I am hoping that I can get it up and running by this coming Halloween. I have some pretty big plans for this thing, so definitely stay tuned. I think people will get a kick out of this thing. It is always great to have something unique to show people, and I can't wait to say that I own a test animatronic from Fazbear Entertainment. That just sounds so cool when you say it out loud. I am so excited, you guys have no idea! This has been a dream of mine for so long, and I can't believe it is finally coming true.
